Out here , in India, Rich people eat very white refined rice and the poor people eat brown rice . Hence the Rich Fat people are in bad health and the poor are skinny &amp; healthy. But the Rich have money for the modern expensive medical clinics ( a la Amrican model)  for cutting their legs off for diabetes, or open heart surgery.
